Hi 

I am on the look out for a chest rig, that I can wear along with a rucksack

I need something that can open up and drop down to around 90 degrees, so I can use my map in it.

I have seen a few I like but most seem to be out of stock.

Needs to be able to store a radio preferably, torches, head torches, pens, notepad, glasses and a few other bits and bobs

Budget is around £60 max

Would a med kit pouch fitted on each of your rucksack straps be any use for everything other than the map which could live in a standard map case. Your requirements sound a bit like those of a junior officer
