Do the Scarpa VS Lace Ups stretch much?  I am normally a street 10 so bought 9.5 as indicated by Banana Fingers shoe calculator. They feel tight but I suspect will be fine if they stretch a bit. 
interestingly I have a pair of the Scarpa VS Velcro’s size 10’s and sometimes these have felt a bit too big but have only worn then bouldering at the wall trying to break them in.

Hi Mark, I find they stretch a little more than the normal Instinct VSs but only by 1/4 size more say. My Lace Ups feel bigger than my VSRs even in the same size. Hope your well. 

The new ones don't seem to stretch as much as the older ones (they're no longer leather). That said, mine seem to have stretched a little bit after a year of use.
