I have a pair of gtx pro trousers where the fixed gaitor seam is coming away from the inside. I need some sort of repair tape to refix it.  Needs to be strong enough to hold the end of the seam together so possibly an iron-on tape or patch... Any ideas/recommendations?

Seam grip + tenacious tape is a good combo.

If it was originally attached with seam tape or laminated, then you can have some success ironing it back down on a low-medium heat.
