I've got some fairly old Scarpas, that cost me £20 on ebay, fit me like a dream and have plenty of rubber left on them. However they're delaminating really badly now after some hardcore backpack abuse. I have attempted to repair them once, but I could do with some tips? Last time I cleaned it up, glued them up then bound them with tape to hold it together for 24 hours. Lasted 2 weeks, still better than nothing! But its starting to feel like only a matter of time before the entire sole blows off on a critical hold or something silly. Stronger glue reccomendations? Or just send them off for a professional job... I'm intending on buying something a bit more aggressive in the future, but these are ideal for 99% of routes that I do right now.

In reply to Cheese Monkey: Give Torquill a shout @ llanberisresoles. You can probably send them to him, or he'll advise you how to do a better job maybe.
