Trail Shoe fabric repairs

What's the best way to repair the fabric on trail shoes? I want to keep the uppers together until the sole wears out! Thanks.

In reply to redscotti: Depends what shape the hole is but glue or Tenacious Tape (on the inside if you can) should do the job - has certainly worked for me in the past.
