Do you ever ask for samples from Phd? Their down gear is amazing but I never seem to see any reviewed.

The problem with this review is that Rab did do a women's jacket that fits this category perfectly but I assume due to not selling enough have discontinued it.  It has some cons (no draw cord for the hood for e.g.) but it is lightweight, packable and extremely warm.

You can still get hold of them here and there (and I have one so can vouch for how great it is) but clearly there isn't enough of a market for such a specialist bit of women's kit.  Given the current Rab questionnaire you have on UKC, I'd be really interested to know why they've discontinued this after just 1 (or maybe 2) seasons - Rab offer an even higher spec one now for men: https://rab.equipment/uk/mens/insulation/zero-g-jacket but only the Neutrino Pro that you've reviewed for the test for women.

I believe that PHD don't give samples for any review. But it seems whenever down gear by other brands is reviewed someone on the thread says PHD is better! So they've got their guerilla marketing down perfectly!

I can't argue with you there! I think I may contact them for some commission!
