Looking to do the lowland assessment this year, after doing the ML training earlier this year as a stepping stone to doing ML in the future.

Being in the Peak, what is defined as lowland. Would I be right in saying following paths over derwent, mam tor to losehill pike, following the gritstone edges, or is this more about paths in the limestone. I have read the lowland general definition and understand that although just wanted some local knowledge

Also anyone that has done the lowland assessment, any advice welcome
