Need suggestions please.
I'm planning to do a 30 for 30. So 30 challenges for my 30th birthday year. Here's my list so far.

1: Dumyat 100
2: 3 peaks via climbs
3: Lakeland 3000s
4: Scottish 4000s
5: West Highland Way non stop
6: Cuillin Ridge Greater traverse
7: 7stanes reds in 24hrs (157km)
8: Marathon
9: Cycle Stelvio.
10: Mont Blanc from the bottom.
11. Loch Tay Quadrathlon
12. Skimo
13. Kayak River Tay
14. Tough Mudder
15. Welsh 3000s

Generally looking for stuff to do that just takes a day or two so I can fit it in between work. Also trying to avoid organised events cos of money (trying to make money rather than spend it)

Instead of any old marathon, go for the Lairig Ghru race. Same distance(ish) but much more interesting.

Do them by spacehopper, and that will be a really memorable trip.

Dumyat is my all-time favourite hill (I grew up in Menstrie). Good luck with your challenge.

If you're local to that area, why not do the incredibly steep "Famous" Alva Games Hill Race? Short and sharp.

Thanks for the suggestions. Planning to raise money for Mountain Rescue. The marathon I looked at was the Glencoe marathon.
