So this guy:

is facing prosecution for 'retweeting' messages presumably originating from someone else. (I am genuinely ignorant of the tweetosphere so accept I know F all of what I speak)

So why is he in the dock and not the originators of whatever is offensive?

Following this to its logical extension anyone who prints 'Mein Kampf' could be in the dock?

Supposing somebody threatened you and then I repeatedly forwarded the threat to you. They're not my words but I'm the person sending them to you so I'd be liable for the content/threats that I send to you.

I'm guessing that's how it works.

Mein Kampf isn't illegal in the uk.
