Best excess insurance deal for short-term car hire?

December 2015 I used Insurance4carhire.com for excess insurance. For 1 week I paid £24.00 which I was very pleased with. I'm renting a car tomorrow for a week in the UK and have just checked...they now only offer annual cover...it's gone up to £40.

Any recommendations on better deals out there? Or suggestions on companies I can check out?

Forget request...was stuck in the "annual" part of their website..."more hash less speed" as they say.
