CAC T-Shirts sizing (women's)

I'm looking to get my missus a CAC t-shirt but I'm unsure about the sizing of them, I know that the bloke's line is a little snug for the sizes.

Can any of the ladies out there guide me on what size I should be getting for someone who wears size 10-12 normally?

Depends if she likes things to be fitted (then medium) or loose/comfy (then large). I didn’t find the ladies sizes generous.

(It was a few years ago when I bought mine so perhaps someone who has bought one recently might have a more accurate point of view.)
