Just wanted to say that I've just been really impressed by the excellent customer service from Allcord. I had a pair of Kayland boots whose heel had started to come off. I sent them off to Allcord who then replaced them with no fuss and were very very efficient about it as well. Well done to Allcord!

They supply outdoor and safety equipment -eg. Kayland, Camp and Tendon.

I thought it would make a change to have a positive thread instead of the usual moaning about bad service from other companies.
