Anyone help with road conditions please. Just had a call from my Mrs who is driving from Newcastle to Edinburgh and it's getting a bit wild out there. She wants to know whether it's worth pushing on or to turn back...
I have checked AA, BBC, Travel Scotland, Frixo, etc but NONE of them tell you anything about actual road conditions. The few cameras don't help much as it's dark and there is rain on the lenses.
In reply to Beardyman: If they aren't telling you anything about the road conditions it's because they're passable, try the radio, if the road she's on isn't listed then assume it's fine just now, check the forcast and make your best judgement.
