Is it time for a UKC politics forum?

It seems to be a very popular subject for threads. It's all over the pub, off belay too. Time for it's own space?

Keep it as it is I reckon, politics isn't always so prominent in the forums - only at times when it's important.
Relegating it to it's own forum would make it the sole preserve of bores like me and remove a lot of the spice from off belay and the pub.

I suggested the same thing around referendum time last year and the idea was shot down, it seemed perfectly sensible to me to round it all up into one area where I can more easily ignore it
