It's not is it. Two quotes:

From the article: The service said flames had spread to the other floors via wooden balconies and no external cladding was involved.

From the fire service:
"The fire had spread to multiple floors but we have things well under control here."

So, no, not akin to Grenfell in the slightest.

I wasn't trying to suggest it was. I had just seen the initial reports and expressed a hope that it was not going to be a repetition.
