Does anyone think the proposal to make trespassing a CRIMINAL offence could have a detrimental affect to crag and hill access??

Possibly Tom, hence the question.

If new legislation comes into effect  could said law be used against access by landowners??

Not for general access to the countryside, however if you explored derelict buildings (urban exploring / urbex) it may be an issue.
