This whole video is very impressive , however forward to 1:40 and see Willard Wigans micro sculptures by hand and with his own devised tools.

Mind blow apart .

There was a documentary on CH4 a year or two ago about him and his work fascinating watch.

My sister stumbled across his workshop by accident and had a chat with him a few years ago. He said he'd swallowed one of his pieces once - weeks of work gone!

Maybe that is what I should do instead.

I spend a lot of time microdissecting fruit fly testes tips by hand (or teaching my students to do that). A testis tip is something like 50 x 50 x 50 µm3, but I get nothing like that kind of money!

Well that is very neat - I was most impressed with the micro computers which make my laptop and/or phone look like  dinosaurs. Thanks for posting!
