If nobody has a local personal recommendation it might well be worth giving the indoor walls in the area a call. It's fairly common that some climbing physio might even run a clinic on site once or twice a week or at least have cards at the desk. I can't think of a decent sized wall in a city centre where this has not been the case in recent years.
