Rapid chatter at the end of adverts

I wonder if there is a term for the add-on at the end of (generally) radio adverts; the part where a list of exclusions and qualifications is rapidly thrown at us. Am I the only one to switch channel as soon as it comes on?

Don't understand why they can't just state "see website for Ts & Cs".
