I just googled " ukc elbow article " and got a link to the Dutch broomstick video, ( didn't intend the fnar fnar implication but I'll leave it in ) fnar fnar . I thought I had seen a more recent round up of current thinking and articles on here ? Including a Julian Saunders link, a tom Randal lying on your front link and maybe others . Anyway back off the send train and on to the elbow scooter for me this month .  Have i imagined it ?

Quick question on the Armaid. Is it best to get the "extreme" version with just the hard orange ball, or did you fellow elbow sufferers find relief with the white balls as well?

White. And yes, the armaid is worth every penny.

White or grey balls should be fine. I've not progressed from the grey balls yet as they are quite sore enough (in a good way).

I bought my Armaid just before Christmas as result of the thread above. Based on 3 weeks use I'm impressed. My elbow is a lot happier.
