Do swan's nests get reported to any body? 

Noticed one at a reservoir where I walk my dog. Its very exposed.

Nope. They’re quite good at fending off undesirables, but attacks from humans and animals (dogs) does happen.

Indeed. They don't like paddleboarders with small dogs. I can tell you that much!

I see lots of them when walking on Romney Marsh. They build their nests in the reeds on the banks of the dykes. Best to pass on quickly. If you stop to take photos , they can get stressed and agitated, as they regard you as a threat to the nest, eggs or young. It's particularly important to keep dogs well away. They will attack a dog in self defence, and try to drown it.

When will this end?? she looks like a sweet old lady, but ****!  the amount of Swans, Dolphins and bats she consumes is just insane

Queenie only "owns" the Mute Swans (which is what these'll be), wintering Whooper and Bewick's Swans do not come under her wing 😁
