It does, in French. 

Of course what we (or the French) call him is a transliteration into our Latin alphabet. 

I'm assuming the French call him 'Poutine' because 'Putin' would be pronounced just like 'putain' which suits me just fine.

I'd love an internet meme to go viral based on putting Putin's manly face in all the Tena Bladder leak adverts in Russian Language with English subtitles.  I think it would take off.  I lack the skills or contacts to make this happen.  Should we send this idea to NATO psyops?
