hi i was wondering if anyone could reccomend a deccent video camera to make climbing films with. i need something for a bit of a beginner but something i can progress with as well,




any suggestions would be appreciated,

In reply to HarmM: Have you thought of a dslr with full hd video capability? If you go down the HD route you will have to have a pretty good pc to deal with the editing.

In reply to HarmM: Hi I bought a Kodak playsport zx5 about sixty five pound on amazon. It's full hd shock proof and waterproof so for me climbing scrambling hillwalking it's ideal. It's small and light and can be used one handed. Search for it on YouTube and watch some of the drop tests hope this helps
