Have you seen Dan Arkle's gallery on the Telegraph website today? Some interesting photos from a fellow climber. I know some have been on UKC before, but I've not seen all of them.

and I'd disagree, finding the latter far more involving. I find it difficult to make out much detail in Dan's work.

Fair enuf! It might be subject matter that makes me like them, but if Dan's planets were perhaps a little greater in circumference then they'd be even better.

Dan Arkle's are amazing but Catherine Nelson's are stunningly beautiful.

Also I'm on BBC Look North, 10.30pm tonight BBC1

Thanks to all on UKC who have encouraged me over the years, it has really given me the motivation to keep at photography. I still remember the first time I got a photo with a 5star rating

(Please excuse the self promotion, but this might be my only 2mins of fame!)

Dan,
Enjoy it, it's deserved and doubtless won't be your last.
