Hey Chaps!

I put together a little collection of UK mountains in the snow by photographers from all over the island (so I can try to pretend I'm not stuck down south!). Thought some of you might also enjoy a daydream or two?

Some really good shots there. Particularly like Liathach with the stars and the one of  Stob Ban.

If it wasn't for the stars one would assume it was a bright, sunny day rather than moonlight. Personally I just don't get this type of unrealistically overexposed moonlight photo; it bears so little relation to the experience of actually being there that it just leaves me cold - no emotional engagement at all.
