With the recent addition of Mountain Hardwear to our portfolio of brands we are looking to recruit two account managers
Our portfolio of brands include CAMP, Mountain Hardwear, Mystery Ranch, SOLE, SoiLL and Tendon,
Competitive basic salary dependant on experience.
Monthly bonus; company vehicle; iPhone and MacBook laptop.
Minimum 28 days holiday
Both roles can be based remotely within the UK. You will be fully responsible for managing the accounts based on your territory which will include, outdoor retailers, climbing walls and activity centres.
The last year has seen the evolution of new ways of working in the sales environment and as we are recruiting two positions, we can be extremely flexible regarding the allocation of territories, account base and division of home-office and client facing work structure. Your role and remuneration will be dependent upon your experience and skill set.
Key responsibilities include.
Hitting monthly brand sales and margin targets.
Pre-selling brands within specific time periods to hit order deadlines.
Driving dealer satisfaction by giving high levels of customer service
Manage your own diary.
Attend trade shows in the UK as and when they return.
Manage dealer credit requirements.
Product training and brand messaging.
Develop new business in your territory with existing and new customers.
Assist with the marketing and brand building of our portfolio.
Essential Requirements for the Roles
Account management experience, preferably in the outdoor and sports industry.
Strong presentation and sales skills.
Ability to build customer relationships.
Good verbal and written communication.
A team player.
A high attention to detail.
Present yourself in a professional manner.
Ability to work effectively in a positive, challenging, and pressurised environment.
Competent computer skills specifically within the Microsoft Word suite.
Ability to learn and understand technical products.
Interest in outdoor and climbing activities.
Hold a Full UK Driving license.
