We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team in Crossflatts as Assistant Managers.

Not only will you need to be passionate about climbing, you will also have a keen interest in mountain biking and kayaking as we plan to provide these activities in the future. Both of the positions are full time, working 42.5 hours per week on a 7 day rota basis. You will need to possess a first Aid certificate and a SPA desirable.

• One of the roles will focus around Health & Safety, staff training and development and monitoring a team of 15 sessional instructors as well as providing instructing yourself. You will also be involved in developing outdoor climbing courses, mountain biking and kayaking trips.

• The other role will focus on managing the day to day operations at front of house such as bookings, liaising with customers, maintaining database and responsibility for staff coverage. This role is also an active instructing role.

The successful applicants will be committed climbers and have experience of dealing with the general public and taking a pro-active approach towards customer service. Self-motivation and high standards of performance are essential to the role to ensure users are offered a safe and exciting environment.
