A committed climber with work experience in an indoor climbing centre is required to manage, promote and develop Warwick's thriving and National Status level Bear Rock Indoor Climbing Centre.
You will have sole responsibility for safety and best practice, you will recruit and manage instructional staff, as well as administer individual and national/large event bookings. Preferably with some business management experience, you will be flexible, customer focused and have the ability to deliver a high quality service to a diverse range of clients as well as presenting innovative ideas for future development.
You will be a holder of the SPA or CWA as a minimum and you will also be an experienced climbing instructor.
