Our climbing department is expanding and we are looking for Climbing Instructors to join the team at Westway Sports Centre. As Climbing Instructor, you will be the face of Westway Climbing and responsible for inspiring and motivating customers. You will help people of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels develop their confidence through climbing, and will be responsible for promoting a safe climbing environment for experienced and novice climbers alike. In addition, you will promote repeat bookings and attendance on Westway climbing courses to help the department to grow further.

15 hours per week
£8.22 per hour, upon completion of induction training
£5.93 per hour during induction training
Fixed term contract to end of school summer term in July
Hours will be worked during weekday afternoon and evenings and predominantly weekends. Hours worked over 60 hours per month will be paid at a rate of £9.68 per hour.
