Depot Climbing are looking for a proactive and experienced Centre Manager to work alongside and develop its current amazing team! This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, to be part of the expansion of the UK’s largest provider of indoor climbing.
The Centre Manager role reports directly to the General Manager and involves the orchestration of the day to day running of the venue, as well as ongoing training and development of your team and Centre, administrative duties, basic HR delivery and general H&S.
We are looking for someone with previous management experience that is keen to push themselves, progress and thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment. The successful candidate will need to have relevant previous management experience and demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as have a good knowledge of the industry, Rock Gym Pro and the day to day running of climbing wall.
