We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Deputy Manager to work in our Tiso Edinburgh Outdoor Experience store.
Your primary responsibilities are to manage staff activities and performance to attain agreed budgets and increase the overall sales within the store. You will whilst consistently drive exceptional customer service standards and maintain a first class retail environment.
You will have excellent communication skills as you will be required to ensure that regular communication and support is provided to all staff regarding operational and marketing activities within the store. You will also have good analytical and leadership skills and be able to delegate tasks effectively. You will have the experience and proven ability to manage the store during Store Manager holidays and days off.
A flexible and positive approach towards tasks and working times is an important part of this position due to the opening hours of the store.
