Dig Deep Training Day
Outside is the retail partner for the Dig Deep Race Weekend (13th and 14th July), and we are hosting a special training day. It is designed to help those who want to improve their race performance or those who are moving up to longer off-road events.

Join us at 09:30 on 18th May at The George Hotel in Hathersage on (just across the road from Outside), for an introduction to the routes and details of the Dig Deep events. We will have seminars and discussions on: pre- and in-race nutrition and hydration, gear for off-road endurance events and how to build your training up before the big day.

In the morning session come and pick the brains of the experts at Dig Deep, Mark Barnes (2 x finisher of the legendary UTMB and many other Ultra races) and Marcus Scotney (professional international Ultra runner and winner of last year's Ultra Tour of the Peak District). All participants will have access to an exclusive 20% off all our running products on the day and the chance to borrow a pair of Salomon shoes to try ‘on the hill’!!

Then join the Dig Deep team in the afternoon to try out some of the sections of the two Ultra races and the 12.12 event and get some tips on navigation.
