I am offering my home in Bolton for sale privately for £65,000. The house is offered for sale complete with a home climbing wall. The wall is rather unusual in that it begins by going round two walls of the kitchen, then continues up the stairs, across the landing and across the main bedroom. As well as allowing you to have a quick workout by literally climbing into bed at the end of the day, it is great fun when you have friends round to visit!
