Launching in 2021, The Outdoor Picture Palace is excited to present a pioneering summer season of outdoor cinema events in exclusive venues throughout the Lake District and Lancashire. From castles and halls to mountains and lakesides, you are assured a spectacular setting to sit back and watch your favourite films.
Our first outdoor cinema event is at Honister Slate Mine between the 2nd-6th June. You can expect 5 days of amazing films, local food and drink and amazing scenery around the event. Top Gun, 1917, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Greatest Showman and Free Solo will all be screening.
For the first time, the acclaimed Free Solo documentary is being screened at an outdoor cinema in the Lake District.
