Your role is to work within the routesetting team and create exciting problems at all of The Arch centres.

The role is around 30 hours a week, divided across our three London centres (Bermondsey, Burnt Oak & Acton), with the occasional trip further away depending on projects. Working times are sometimes irregular, when setting for a competition or during events.

Package:

£25,884 per year

Lots of in-house perks like fully paid training and professional development courses; free staff events, dinners & away days; a cycle to work scheme; free climbing at most London centres; trade prices on equipment & clothing, and much more

A healthy company culture that’s not heavy on artificial target setting or endless meetings

Interviews will be held from the 27th of January 2020 onwards.
