Ahead of our epic new Exeter site launch in Feb 2022, we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager and creative Junior Kitchen Crew to join our dream Team!!

These roles offer an exciting opportunity to work within the kitchen/ cafe of one of the UKs leading climbing wall companies. The roles would suit individuals who have experience in F&B/ hospitality and are looking to move into a busy but relaxed kitchen role which values fun, community and ethical F&B choices as much as providing top notch F&B service.

You don't need to be great at climbing to be a perfect fit for our team, you just need to be as passionate about supporting people to live happier, healthier and more connected lives through climbing as we are.

Kitchen Manager

  • Salary: £22,000 per annum
  • Job Status: Permanent, Full Time
  • Hours: 40 pw

Junior Kitchen Crew

  • Salary: £8.91 p/h (rising to £9.20 p/h after successful promotion to Senior Kitchen Crew Member)
  • Job Status: Permanent
  • Hours: Part time & Full Time Contracts Available
