Andy Kirkpatrick will be kick starting the Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team winter series of lectures, which is taking place at the new Beacon Climbing Centre. Andy will be talking about climbing El Cap in Yosemite with his 13yr old daughter.
All proceeds from this lecture will go to support the essential work of the Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team.

This event also coincides with the official opening of the new Beacon Climbing Centre. During the day the Beacon will be hosting a whole load of fun events such as the speed climbing competition, free masterclass climbing session, bouldering competition, film lounge and half price on climbing as well as many more activities throughout the day.
