The ever popular Rab Summit jacket is the perfect solution for when it gets REALLY cold! Kicking around basecamp, huddled on a bivi ledge in the alps or on a winter belay stance, the Summit Jacket ticks all the boxes.
The Summit has been a staple of the Rab range for many years and continues to be very popular. Using high quality 650 fill power goose down and a Pertex Endurance shell, this is by no means the lightest down jacket, but this is offset by its incredible durability and luxurious warmth.
In response to user feedback Rab have added 60g of polyester insulation to the shoulders of the Summit Jacket to keep this part of the jacket warm and protect the down fill. Down in this area can be crushed and compressed over the years and the synthetic insulation goes some way to help prevent this.
