The Epicentre, Ambleside, are recruiting for a full time Supervisory position.
The ideal candidate will have Supervisory experience in the outdoor retail industry.
The role will be customer service focussed and the candidate will need to prove key skills in this area and have the ability to coach and train staff. The role will be predominantly shop floor based and will be 5 days out of 7 to include weekends. Product knowledge is essential and excellent time planning skills.
