CLIMBING MANAGER
at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre
Full time position
Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving climbing income targets and financial KPI’s, driving operational excellence and supporting the development of climbing and the team.
We need a Climbing Manager who will…
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the climbing ensuring that the highest levels of customer service and safety are achieved
• Be responsible for the review, development and delivery of the business strategy and objectives in climbing and effective stakeholder management
• Be both a role model for the climbing team and to make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike
• Understand industry trends and analyse data to identify opportunities for business growth; identify trends and gaps in the climbing centre usage and implement action; provide management information about climbing activities in the centre
• Ensure the route setting programme is a leading edge standard, delivered by the climbing operations team
