The Business: The Font is a new London-based indoor bouldering gym with its first site opening in Wandsworth (SW18) in Q1 2021.
Our Mission: Urban bouldering destinations that provide inspiring spaces for the climbing community to climb, train and connect.

Roles: We are hiring for multiple positions, including:
- Assistant Manager - Full time - £26k to £32k (dependent on experience)
- Duty Manager - Full time - £24k to £26k (dependent on experience)
- Crew Members - Part-time and full-time contracts available - £11 ph
