I got into climbing at the end of 2007 at the tender age of 37. 3 years on and I'm still in love with it, though once you've been outside, even great indoor setups like The Castle can't replicate the buzz and freedom or bricking it on a traverse.Best Climbing Experience
Last day of a trip to Auzat in the Ariege in March 2010. I was climbing quite well and decided to warm up on Get Down Moses (F5B+ I think). The first 5 metres were fine and then, just a featureless 20m slab to pad up. Handholds, what handholds...Fairly terrifying. Apparenly it was lovely on toprope though!
