Best Climbing Experience
Learning to climb with Silvia Fitzpatrick in Southern Spain in March 2010 then heading to Arco that summer to put it all into practice. Leading my first 5C (Supertamp) near Arco was amazing. Taking my first proper leader fall from 2m above the bolt, and meeting my wife and belayer up at the first QD was also memorable . . .

Anything Else We Should Know
Despite having the Caucasus mountains here (over 4,000 metres), there is not one single bolted route in the whole of Azerbaijan! Or climbing wall. Grrr.
