I'm an air traffic controller based near Southampton. Used to climb loads at school and uni but stopped for about 6 or 7 years and then started again around 2012.Currently leading around VS trad and 6a+ sport. Enjoy all forms of climbing but prefer trad. For me it's about getting out there and enjoying myself rather than scaring myself by pushing grades.
I've done Alpine mountaineering in the past up to about D+ but that was many years ago. I hope one day to get back into that.
I've been a member of Romsey Climbers for the last couple of years - it's a great club, small and very friendly.
