Would be dead good, but have had injuries every year for the last 4 years - 2 bike crashes, 1 climbing injury, 1 climbing accident. Three month lay off each time, so I'm stuck at around the UK 5b level at the minute.
Make that 5 years on the trot - exploded finger tendon this time (Nov 2006). So much for climbing walls as a place to get fitter....
Bugger. Torn calf muscle now (Jul 2007)...will I ever climb again?.....
Summer 2008 injury update - 2 broken ribs and a knackered shoulder.
Autumn 2011 injury update - knackered rotator cuff
