Hello friends.
I started climbing at the local climbing gym in Newport/Shropshire in April 2013.
Have been climbing 4-5 days a week since and progressing a lot.
In Oct 2013 started sport climbing at Wolf Mountain/Wolverhampton once a week.
Love the sport!

Haven't improved for 3 years! plateau of hell, I think mainly due to biscuits, not trying hard enough and lack of additional training.
Climbing 3 sometimes 4 days a week, no structure. Maybe that's why I have never done 7a sport climb. Hope to change it in 2020.
