Enthusiastic if not committed climber, retired in March 2016 and have climbed three times more routes in the last year than in any of the previous six. Took up winter climbing when we moved to Cumbria 13 or so years ago, at the tender age of 66 I will be going to Rjukan again, but I think my "big days on the Ben" days are over.
Have never been "hot", leading up to VS on rock and now WI4 and Scottish winter II-III.

Location
Cumbria

Best Climbing Experience
A week in Scotland in 1995 with a good friend, South Ridge Direct, Spartan Slab, Ardverekie Wall, a day at Rieff, The Old Man of Stoer, something on Stac Polliagh ending on Punsters Crack.
Closely followed by two weeks in Lofoten in 98, with the same good friend, and others.
