Not been climbing very long but I pride myself on being safe and reliable. I enjoy adventurous climbs in beautiful locations, I'm not too fussed about pushing my grade although my comfort zone is naturally creeping higher with experience.

For me climbing is a social experience. I'd rather climb comfortable grades in a beautiful location with someone who makes me laugh rather than project something bastard-hard with someone who only talks about their past climbing injuries.

I started bouldering indoors in Spring 2017 and soon fell into a habit of going a couple of times a week. I eventually got on the ropes and learned to lead and I started climbing outdoors regularly in Autumn 2019. I'm grateful to have enjoyed tips and tricks from a variety of partners and I enjoy trad and sport equally.

I am steadily ticking off all the treasures within a 1 hour drive of Bristol and am starting to do overnight trips further afield. I did Portland in June 2021 and then the Peak District in July. Have got plans for Devon Culm, Cornish Granite and a day-trip to Lundy. I also want to get abroad to Costa Blanca and Kalymnos and I'd also love to get over to the ol' US of A.

Best Climbing Experience
Double hand-jam laybacks at The Roaches, Peak District. Traversing Eve's Drop at Brean Down, Somerset as the waves crashed below us. Or the time we spent a very lazy 5 hours going up Stranded into Liverbird Buttress in Avon Gorge on a warm summers day that brought out the sand lizards to bask on the rock alongside us.
