I have climbed intermittently for 40 years, but more keenly in the last 10 - beginning to lead v.diffs/severes and now VS woohoo. I get out every weekend if possible and several evenings and try to do something adventurous every school holiday. I am also a keen sea and river kayaker, I ski and cycle. I have done some alpine 4000m peaks and would like to do more and have had great fun on via ferratas in the alps. Enjoyed my first proper ice climbing season in 2010 starting on Sour Milk Ghyll and finishing with Tower Ridge.
