Confirmed middle grade climber and MIA (aspirant MIC). I like rock climbing, winter climbing, summer alpine climbing, hillwalking and running. I live on the edge of the Peak but travel out to Wales, the Lakes and Scotland as much as possible. I used to get out to the Alps fairly regularly but other commitments have prevented this over the last few years.

In a previous life I was a schoolteacher (Music and Outdoor Ed) but now work as a Level III rope access supervisor and inspection engineer in the North Sea.
